ROOFING

K&S General Contracting are proud to be a GAF Weather Stopper Contractor. We install Timberline HD shingles with a transferable, 50 year warranty, as well as many options of designer asphalt shingles. Our roof systems come with Snow Country Ridge Vent, Timbertex Hip and Ridge, and Pro Start. We also install Grace Ice & Water Select and synthetic underlayment on each project.

SIDING

K&S General Contracting offers a wide variety of siding options to update the look of your home. From Plygem to Alside vinyl products, to James Hardie cement composite, the selections are nearly endless when it comes to your home. We also offer tuck pointing and painting options for your brick walls and chimneys. In addition to siding, we install vinyl, aluminum, and composite soffits.

GUTTERS

K&S General Contracting provides homeowners with many different solutions for drainage needs including 5" and industrial 6" gutters, oversized downspouts, Raindrop Gutter Guard systems, and annual gutter cleanings. We offer a variety of colors to compliment or match the siding and trim of your home. Proper gutter pitching is essential for flow and our installers are the best.
